10 Levelling insulating and fitting bathroom floor

The guys turned up exactly when they promised and worked efficiently to create the least possible disruption to the house. They were very knowledgeable and were happy to explain what they were doing and how we could rectify other floor related issues in the house. After ordering some quickstep flooring and having it fitted, I then ordered some quick step scotia beading to match. I paid over the phone and my fitter picked up the scotia and fitted it. The following day, I noticed that it did not match the floor (the floor is grey and the scotia is brown.) Sarah's intransigence meant that I had to contact Unilin myself in order to confirm the obvious and in order that she would agree to refund me the £8.99 that I had paid for the scotia. We did not fit any floors for this customer - he simply ordered one peice of scotia which was fitted by his own fitter. The scotia was found to have been incorrectly made in production - the customer was offered a refund or replacement.
