I reached out to Michael and we agreed a date to attend and carry out the requisite work. On the agreed day he didn't turn up and didn't make contact to notify me that they wouldnt attend. The following day I sent a message to see if we could reschedule which was read, but I received no response. Not the ideal outcome, I appreciate things happen and people need to cancel, but ignoring my messages rather than address the fact he couldn't do the work was not ideal.Verified reviewerJob location: TN310 Replacing carpets in bedrooms, stairs and landing

Michael removed laminate flooring from two upstairs double bedrooms, carpet from stairs and a landing, and supplied and replaced all with new carpet, underlay, and fittings. I am really happy with the work. Michael was very knowledgeable, kept me up to date, completed the job to very a high standard.
