There were many faults. External pipes clipped close to the wall and uninsulated. 28mm plastic pipes entering the house through the eaves touching the underside of the roof. No insulation fitted. (On good professional authority) the wrong water tank (Solar -we are wood fired) and the wrong 3-way valve were installed. One unsoldered joint. Incredibly an isolation valve was fitted to the cylinder vent in a vented wood fired system. Lastly there was water through the ceiling -no great damage but not very professional.

The whole team were prompt and efficient with a diligent approach to their work. Taking the time to explain the functioning of the new air source heating system to me. They are a fully qualified team. I definitely recommended their work to future customers who may be considering a renewable energy source. Thank you Craig and Peter and team. You have made this process straightforward, it is much appreciated.

Peter and the team were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and competent throughout. We feel very confident in the installation and product we have, and all is working well. Would definitely recommend and use again.
