Didn't bother to show up
I called and asked for a quote for some garden work, I was told someone would come round, I took half a day off work and no show. No contact to say sorry something came up lets rearrange just didn't bother showing up, I wouldn't have minded if they were busy or could no longer do it but let people know. On the day in question i was held back in a job in Godstone and so knowing i couldn't get to the said quote in time I looked for the customers telephone number, but unfortunately i couldn't find it, so i couldn't call them back. i have no excuse for this, it is poor customer services and one which we do not want to repeat.

Serous pruning of a very large and out of control bay tree and other various gardening

Various gardening work
We initially contacted Steve as we wanted our sloped garden to be flattened. Steve arrived at the agreed time to give us some ideas and promptly emailed a quote. The work was completed to a high standard and we were kept informed throughout around any potential issues. We also asked Steve to complete a number of other cosmetic jobs in the garden which we have been very pleased with. Digging out and turfing a number of areas and removing a large amount of overgrown ivy from a wall.
