Absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Highly recommend - A true expert! His knowledge and skills, second to none. He fixed our boiler issue after going through 5 other engineers who failed to fix it. He is professional, reliable and explained everything clearly.

Shoaib came out late at night to help fix our boiler and was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. His knowledge and advice were second to none, and he quickly identified and resolved the issue. Not only was his service excellent, but his pricing was also very fair, which made the whole experience even better. We’ve already recommended Shoaib to family and friends and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again, he’s definitely our go-to gas expert from now on.

Extremely pleasant experience. I required two Hive thermostats fitted with a dual zone system (upstairs/downstairs) fr my radiators. They were recommended by a family friend and arrived on the same day I contacted them, delivered exactly what I was promised and I was left a happy customer. Definitely would recommend.

From my initial call to carrying out the works, the engineer was professional, punctual, and attentive. He clearly explained what was required and answered any questions in a straightforward and helpful manner. I honestly don't know where to start. Fantastic work! I cannot thank Shoaib and the team enough. We got The Gas Expert LTD to replace an old radiator boiler, and hot water tank at our rental property with a modern combi system. From the very first phone call to the final cleanup, the entire process was stress free and streamlined. ​The pricing was very competitive, and the level of professionalism was top class. We have had many ongoing issues with this property, but Shoaib proved that no job is too small or too big. They jumped right in, and finished every single task. Highly recommended!
