From the moment I asked and received a quote from Nathan and the replacement boiler was fitted by Josh and Sean, everything went brilliantly smooth, professional, efficient and on time, I would recommend this company to anyone who wants/ needs any gas boiler issues deltwith. 10/10.

Very professional service. Nathan was recommended to me by a friend. He was very prompt with a response to my initial request for a quote, which I was happy with. Nathan and his colleagues arrived on time and completed the work within one day (in very hot conditions). They made some great suggestions on the day which made things a lot easier for them and me. All the work was completed to a very high standard and they cleaned up everything before they left. Would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

We were having issues with our 25 year old water cylinder, reduced flow and a small leak; having decided to replace it I had a personal recommendation for Nathan at Gas Pro. Nathan always answers his phone and promptly responds to messages, this is so reassuring when you are having problems. We discussed appropriate replacements for our needs and the accessible space, Nathan investigated and came back quickly with a suggestion and fair quote, the work was booked in for a week later. Can not praise Gas Pro enough my daughters boiler broke on saturday we contacted them and Nathan responded the same night and would be out to have a look monday. They came and got boiler working temporarily and fitted new Boiler on the Thursday .also informed us that gas cooker hob had a leak so had to cap it off , we purchased new hob and Josh fitted it. Josh also serviced my own boiler at my house. All the work was done so profesionally ,clean and tidy Customer service and communication second to none , can not recomend Gas Pro enough.

From my first phone call to Gas Pro I found the company very good Nathan was polite and very helpful even called to see me on Easter Monday. I found him very knowledgeable, and experienced Gas engineer. My old boiler was removed and replaced with a new boiler, which I'm finding much more better than the old boiler. When completed the site was left clean and tidy, well done Nathan and team.
