great communication/service and brilliant job, extremely happy and would definitely use again

Jamie responded quickly to my request for help fixing a gate that was not closing properly. He quickly diagnosed the problem, clearly explained the fix that was needed and executed it in the same visit. He also realigned the gates to enhance their appearance and explained how to operate a manual override feature should this be needed. Jamie was courteous, polite and tidy. Very pleased with the outcome and I will be using Jamie for any gate repairs from this point forward.

After patchy service from our previous contractors we searched for a new person. Jamie was quick to respond and gave us a very good quote for the service and overall on going maintenance of our gates. He arrived EXACTLY on time, did a brilliant job and has been here twice to help with other problems. He is so easy to talk to and very professional. We (we are five houses in a gated compound) are thilled with the quality of his work, his attitude and look forward to a long working relationship with him.

Jamie turned up promptly when expected and clearly communicated from first quotation through to completing the job.The gates we chose had to be ordered from France so there is a bit of a waiting time but Jamie kept us informed of progress and fitted them as soon as they arrived. The gates have withstood some recent strong stormy winds and wash easily with warm soapy water. They open and close simply with a hand held key fob or we can use an app on our phone. Jamie has guaranteed the gates.There's no maintenance for us to do on the gates but we will pay Jamie to service them annually, love 'em!

We had a fault on the electric gates that a previous company was unable to fix, Jamie arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, and now everything is working 100%. I have no hesitation in recommending Jamie to others.
