Plumbing repairs to my kitchen and other areas of my maisonette
I have continued to use these guys, since this job as it makes my life so much simpler. As a Landlord to over 20 properties in London alone, I struggle to get things done in the most efficient way, as well as cost effective - when repairs or any buildings works need to be carried out. Using these guys has actually made this part of my job enjoyable again.

We needed to upgrade our boiler and thermostats
We wanted to upgrade pour very old boiler and get a new boiler with new smart thermostats installed. The GCD group were very knowledgeable on what spec we could have that would not disrupt, or damage too much in our flat. They were very polite, tidy and efficient. Very nice guys and would recommend (already have) Very happy!

Repaired boiler
Detected the problem with the boiler straight away. And was repaired the same day. Very polite.And tidy cleaned up everything after repair.Would happily use there services again

Complete renovation of 5 bedroom family, home
Project managed renovation, with good cost management, timely work schedule, trustworthy team of contractors, beautiful end result - no subsequent faults identified. Underfloor heating throughout, new boiler and magaflow installed, open plan new kitchen/family room, five bathrooms.

Complete refurbishment (gutting and rebuilding all rooms) of West London mansion block flat.
Gary and his team did an excellent and thorough job from start to finish. Gary was always available to answer questions and flexible with any changes required and the entire team was competent and professional and always very friendly.
