Have used Mischa previously and service was the same. Contacted Mischa about my problem and he was able to come around very soon after. Fixed problem quickly, explaining everything as he was going along, and happy to answer any questions I had. Happy to use again for any of my heating issues.

I highly recommend Misha. He has done a number of jobs for me over the last 7 years. My boiler went on the blink recently during the cold weather and Misha was able to come out the same day. He is really thorough. He checked everything diagnosed the issues, replaced one of the parts there and then, and came back the following day to fix the other one once he had got hold of the part. He explained everything clearly, boiler now fixed and running perfectly. Misha is so efficient, highly professional, really knows his stuff and he is also a lovely chap. Highly recommend
