Replacing shower valve
Amazing service, I called and Priscilla immediately picked up and was a joy to speak with, both reassuring and professional. She was able to fit my repair work within the hour, liaising with Steve (the plumber) my requirements. Very pragmatic, very professional and kept informed all the way. Would 100% use again - amazing service!

Replacing power shower
Steve was brilliant. There were some issues with the new shower but Steve managed to resolve them with no problems. He was always polite and helpful and will definitely be using him again.

Emergency kitchen sink repair
A big thank you to The Heat Is On Ltd for their superb job! Such a quick response to the emergency and excellent work to resolve the problem. Even though Shane could have just fixed the immediate issue and left, he could see future potential problems so got the extra parts he needed and provided a long-term solution. The care to his work was noted and staying until after 6pm not rushing to get it done. If you’re looking for a trusted plumber I would definitely recommend them!
