Amazing service, I called and Priscilla immediately picked up and was a joy to speak with, both reassuring and professional. She was able to fit my repair work within the hour, liaising with Steve (the plumber) my requirements. Very pragmatic, very professional and kept informed all the way. A big thank you to The Heat Is On Ltd for their superb job! Such a quick response to the emergency and excellent work to resolve the problem. Even though Shane could have just fixed the immediate issue and left, he could see future potential problems so got the extra parts he needed and provided a long-term solution.
