Impressively professional in all aspects of the experience!
I tried this new (to me) company to do the annual service on my Combi boiler. I found it very easy to arrange an appointment via the website. Their communication was excellent. The engineer was very friendly and professional, and made sure my house was kept clean during the service, all of which I appreciated! Efficient heating repair
Excellent service. Philip was helpful, efficient and came out the same day to get my heating and hot water working again. He also rectified a botched repair by a previous engineer and got everything sorted properly. Really grateful for the quick response and great service. The Heat Network is a family-run heating company based in Dunfermline, led by Philip, a heating engineer with around 20 years on the tools. We're a small team of qualified engineers with an office team behind us, so calls get answered and appointments are kept.
What we do
Boiler servicing, breakdowns and repairs are the core of our work. We also carry out boiler replacements, landlord gas safety certificates (CP12), powerflushing, heat pump servicing and air conditioning installation. For homeowners who want their heating looked after year round, we offer Home Care plans covering annual servicing and repairs.
We cover Fife, South Queensferry and Winchburgh.
