  Boiler repair and service

  We had a boiler that was making a horrible noise, probably as a result of us failing to get it serviced since we had it installed 8 years ago! Kris explained how they would approach sorting it out over the phone, then Kye came as scheduled the next day and serviced/repaired the boiler. He also discovered that our gas pressure was down and organised for the gas suppliers to come and replace a part on their side of the meter which they did within a couple of hours. Brilliant service, excellent communication and a wonderfully quiet boiler - highly recommended!

  Replace boiler and flush system

  The heat surgeon was brilliant from start to finish, replaced my old boiler as it packed in quickly and efficiently, would highly recommend to anyone, Kris and his team were friendly and helpful from the first phone call.

  Removal of old boiler and hot water tank, replacement and repositioned with combi boiler.

  In addition to above, one radiator was repositioned and another replaced. Kris and his team are brilliant. They provided a reasonable quote and were able to start the work quickly. Kris was very informative and was good at explaining issues and options along the way, giving me time to make up my mind. The work has been completed to a high standard and I felt comfortable with Kris and the team in the house - very trust worthy and good at their job!

  Fitting a new boiler

  I honestly don't know where to start... Kris and his team were SO WONDERFUL that it's quite hard to put into words. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They were all so professional, kind and capable throughout quite a stressful time fitting our new boiler (whilst battling our house's plumbing issues).Kris was a breath of fresh air compared to many tradesmen we've had whilst renovating our house.He really couldn't do enough for us.We have friends that also used Kris and his team and they felt exactly the same as we do. We're thinking of starting a fan club.I'd never ever use anyone else!

  A new boiler and new radiator's throughout turned into the discovery of two gas leaks!!

  Excellent work from Kris, Kye and Alex - A boiler and radiator replacement turned into the discovery of two gas leaks!! This doubled the amount of scheduled work but they kept us well informed throughout which helped us to stay calm. They were respectful to our wishes and did a fantastic job all round completing the work to a high quality at a fair rate!! We were recommended these guys and would be happy to recommend them onto family or friends. Thanks you for our nice warm and safe home. Damien and Bianca.
