Pete and Louis have been very helpful, they fitted my new air pump when my old one of 10 years stopped working. They made sure it was a cheap as possible and that I didn’t need to replace my cylinder. Louis was very accommodating when carrying out the work and was able to come whilst I was at work. The guys from The HeatWorks fitted an air source heat pump for us, and fitted several floors with underfloor heating. They were professional, knowledgeable and friendly during the work. We were able to claim most of the cost of the heat pump through the Boiler Upgrade Scheme, even though our house was a newbuild. The HeatWorks did all the paperwork and applied for the grant for us. My husband and myself were surprised how easy the process was. The grant paid for most of the heat pump cost. The heating works well and the and the unit itself is as quiet as a whisper. Highly recommended.
