Jonathan came out and did an damp survey. Work was carried out 2 weeks later by Stuart and Josh, both were very professional and understood family needs as my MIL who has dementia kept going in and out of room. They were very tidy. I was updated with quieres I had and they put me at ease. They covered all furniture and what was impressive they even washed front garden before they left, clearing all the mess. Definitely will use them again. Nice to meet genuine people that carry out work to a professional standard.

Damp proofing downstairs, professional and very helpful with questions regarding the work as it was ongoing and with advice for after completion. Would definitely recommend.

I recently had Hive complete a job at my property, and I’m extremely pleased with the results. From start to finish, the work was handled efficiently and to a high standard. Andy and Dan were fantastic throughout—professional, friendly, and clearly experienced. They kept me updated at every stage, making sure I was comfortable with the progress and any decisions along the way. What really stood out was how tidy they were, they cleaned up as they went, which made a big difference and showed great respect of my home. From initial enquiry to completion of the damp work, Jonathan and his team (Andy and Dan) have done a great job. Communication clear and informative and left our property clean and tidy. Yes there is dust and some cleaning to do after their clean but that’s the nature of the work. Would recommend from the standard of work we have had undertaken and their friendly approach.

From the word go it was excellent , Stewart explained everything the first day , Josh kept everything clean and tidy , would definetly recommend to people I know .
