We hired this company to fit a new boiler for us. It took the guy 2 weeks to fit it. When it came round to the service, ideal told me it was entirely unsafe for use and had been for the past year. I contacted the company to get them to come and rectify this. The original man was sent, kept cancelling on me last minute so it took me threatening court to get him to come. He said he was all done so got ideal round to service again, still unsafe for use. The company has been awful and my situation is still not rectified. The most recent person has also ruined my carpet.
