Booked in 4 estimates to get a quote for the same job, meaning I stayed in for no one to show up repeatedly. I should have seen this as a clue as to what was to come. I was then let down twice for the fitting once with so many times promised I was in all day. Safe to say I’ve given up. Very disappointing. I made it clear on the last communication that it was a small job (fitting a thermostat) and if he didn’t want to do it to just let me know I wouldn’t take offence. I was continually strung along and let down. I have used the company before for other services and they were fine.

We would first like to apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you and appreciate how frustrating this would have been. Unfortunately due to the time of year we have had a number of emergency call outs, with boiler breakdowns, no hot water and heating. We try to accommodate as many people as we can and sadly on this occasion we didn't meet up to our own standards.
