I was getting desperate and had had a bad experience with another option, but then these guys were recommended to me. The absolute opposite of what I had been facing - they answered the phone, dealt with my queries, arranged a site visit, gave transparent costings and got the job done within the week. Absolute lifesavers!

The Italian Plumbers representative Liam arrive on time and proceeded to diagnose the fault with out shower. Quickly discovered the fault and advised us of our options and recommend a solution (which we are following). We look forward to welcoming him back once the ordered parts have arrived. Thank you

A faulty kitchen tap needed attention. A diagnosis was made swiftly and expertly. A new part was bought and replaced within the hour. The tap then functioned correctly. The young man who came was most polite and friendly and, most importantly, told me at every stage exactly what the fault was and how he would deal with it. On the basis of this first visit I can say that I was extremely happy with the service and the outcome.
