I phoned the Italian Plumber at 5pm on the 20th July. I received an appointment for the next morning. The plumber arrived promptly at 9.15am, quickly identified the problem, identified the part needed. Collected the part and efficiently fitted it. He also vacuumed the surrounding area. He was polite, efficient and skilled. I would highly recommended The Italian Plumber- the office staff are so helpful and always call back and answer calls within minutes. I’ve called the company before on recommendation from residents in my development.

He was pleasant and experienced

Installed a new Megaflo system. Excellent and prompt service. From first contacting them, their response, ease of providing a quote based on some questions, deposit was paid, installation date was agreed. They arrived as planned, installation was efficient, thanks to Liam, and professional. Very pleased and would certainly recommend them to neighbours, family and friends.

We had a washbasin mixer tap changed in our toilet. It was finished in one hour, which pleased me. Mr. R Norburn

I was getting desperate and had had a bad experience with another option, but then these guys were recommended to me. The absolute opposite of what I had been facing - they answered the phone, dealt with my queries, arranged a site visit, gave transparent costings and got the job done within the week. Absolute lifesavers!

The Italian Plumbers representative Liam arrive on time and proceeded to diagnose the fault with out shower. Quickly discovered the fault and advised us of our options and recommend a solution (which we are following). We look forward to welcoming him back once the ordered parts have arrived. Thank you
