The gentleman was very helpful. I was unable to attend the house as I have a few mobility problems and had a bad night. When I woke, I had two missed calls from him. He was nice enough to wait at the house until he contacted me. He surveyed the roof and offered to slip the tiles back into place free of charge. I found him to be punctual to site. Patient enough to wait for an old man. Honest with his appraisal and gave me advice if dealing with another roofer about this problem and how much they should charge.

Moses and his team, Jay and Alfie, were fantastic right from the start. Communication was excellent throughout, even helping us get quotes before we’d bought the house. Their promptness, professionalism, care and attention to detail were more than we could have hoped for. As first-time buyers, we were really grateful for all the advice, wisdom and help, especially with raising the loft level as a house warming gift! Thank you all so much. Very efficient. They sent pictures and videos of that they were fixing. Really pleased with the result. I would happily call them if I had any other issues.

Paul took detailed photos and video of the issue, then clearly explained the work needed to fix it. Gave me a price and encouraged me to get additional quotes as a comparison, wasn't pushy at all. Start date agreed, he and his team arrived promptly, advised on another issue they discovered during the job and sorted it. Really nice guys, cleaned up any mess and the roof looks great. Best thing, no more leaks!! Would definitely recommend.
