we where told by the water board we had a leak on the property, nothing was obvious so we contacted these guys. from the off they where brilliant, the communication was top notch, the determination and dedication to solve the problem was second to none and on top of all that, just genuinely good people, I couldn't reccomend them highly enough

Great service from start to finish. The whole process was very easy, and the team was a pleasure to deal with. Jimmy was professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring when he came out to my property to investigate a leak in the shower. He identified the issue and resolved it promptly. Had numerous plumbers and companies out over the past 18 months to source a central heating leak. I came across the leak Detective. Communication was easy and we agreed a date for them to come out. Azeem came and located the source of the leak and after exposing the area he did his best to repair but due to the location it would require further work to expose. He went out of his way to isolate the boiler so we can still use the water. Whilst its not fixed its no fault of the company who went above and beyond and now after 18 months I know where it is. I cannot thank him enough for his efforts.
