• Replacement Conservatory

  A well designed conservatory with good build quality. The installers were professional and courteous. A few minor snagging issues were dealt with quickly and effectively. Communications were good: calls and emails were returned promptly. I would use this company again.

• Great Outcome

  LCC removed a conservatory and then installed a new bifold door plus new french doors in another room. We chose LCC because they were able to carry out all of the work with one contract. The LCC building team was thorough, polite, tidy and proficient. During the early part of the project we would have liked better communication, both to us from HQ and from HQ to the teams on site; communication did improve during the latter part of the project. Overall we are very pleased with the results of the work and would recommend LCC; indeed, we have just commissioned them to do another door for us!

  When I contacted the company with the intention of having new windows fitted they were professional and booked a measure as soon as possible. The measurements were very professionally done and the limitations of our property were explained. When choosing windows and doors style and colour they were again brilliant and gave honest opinions regarding our property. Installation was very well done to a very high standard and again all through the installation the staff were professional and friendly. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

  From the first contact to discuss our need the survey and recommendations through to the finished conservatory, everything went like a dream. Any problems were quickly solved in a professional way. It was a pleasure to have all the technicians working here. Nothing was any trouble, and they were very tidy in their work and the humour was a delight. Any snags, very minor, after completion was dealt with in a timely manner. Many thanks Paul and team, both here and the office staff for excellent job done.
