We cleared this very overgrown garden and seeded a new lawn to prepare it for sale.

This is only a small front garden but was awkward to mow, the customer requested something easier to look after.

We removed the lawn, laid a block circle and planted a standard and some grasses, we laid membrane and covered it in blue slate. Minimal maintenance!
