Prompt survey providing 2 options for me to choose from. I selected the system which provided me energy security because I live in the country. The scaffolders arrived on the designated day, however the installation was postponed due to an emergency with one of the fitters, this was communicated to me, but I then had to chase for further information and final confirmation . Delighted with my solar/ battery set up and having chosen Little Green Energy. From day 1 to receiving handover paperwork yesterday they have been exceptionally helpful, professional and friendly. The only company I contact for a quote who came and did it in person, the other companies did it from google maps (which is fine, byt TLGEC went that extra yard day 1 and kept it up). Oliver spent time discussing various options to add to our existing Powerbank 3 battery. I particularly like the face to face contact and the fact that there is no hard sell. When you are spending a lot of money the decision has to be right.
