Called lock butler today to gain access to my front door as affectly locked in. Steve was prompt and with me within the hour . Worked tirelessly to fix door carnt speak highly enough of his work and was very pleasant , will not hesitate to recommend. Thank you Mrs bagley

Steve was very professional and personable. He also gave me lots of other helpful security advice and efficiently changed my door lock with lots of cut keys. He also helped another door which was sticking for no extra money. Very happy with the price and quality of work. Fees were reasonable, upfront with no hidden extras. Would definitely recommend and use in future. Thanks for putting my mind at rest Steve!

Steve was incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I called. He was able to come to our house the same day and was very knowledgeable about the issue. He took time to explain the issue and gave me a lesson in how the door locks work, and the security of locks! Steve also looked at one of our window locks and managed to free it up too. Wouldn’t hesitate to call Steve again - excellent service.
