Efficient service
To repair my front door lock which had jammed preventing me from opening my front door
The locksmith arrived on time and carried out the work in a timely and efficient manor.
Door misaligned, therefore wouldn't open or lock
Very prompt and efficient service. Friendly and very helpful.
To repair front door which would not lock
The work was undertaken in a prompt and extremely professional manner. The operative explained thoroughly the nature of what caused the problem and how he would fix the repair. It was great to receive such good service and I would have no hesitation about using The Lock Father again if required.
To fix a broken door/lock
Nigel was the complete professional. The job was more complicated than it seemed at first, with damage unnoticeable from the outside. My door handle was broken and I couldn't shut the door. Nigel was determined and persistant and got it fixed and my home was secure again. I had received a quote from a different company too, but as my first time using a locksmith I wasn't sure wether I was being taken advantage of, but nigel broke everything down and gave me an honest price and beating my previous quote by a huge amount! I'm very happy. Thanks Nigel and the lock Father company.
