The tenant to my apartment had broken the lock and gone to Italy and would not be able to gain entry I called Ian and he immediately understood the emergency, diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts overnight and fitted them involving two journeys of 15 miles All was well, my tenant amazed he did not have to find hotel accommodation and the bill when received was very reasonable given the out of hours and messing around involved excellent highly recommended (and I a bit picky)!!!

Ian was punctual and professional and the price quoted was very competitive. The work was completed promptly and to a high standard. I will use him again if an emergency requires.

Not only did Ian attend promptly and sort out the problem. He also expressed great kindness and went above and beyond his job role. My father is rather unwell and as a family we have experienced a lot of heartache this past year, Ian offered a kind ear to my father and when I was called to pay Ian, he refused payment. This act of kindness means a great deal to us, after what has seemed like a year of constant bad luck, it is endearing to see people like Ian offering kindness for a struggling man. Thank you so much.
