Great customer service
We were very impressed with the service received from the Loft Boarding Company, from the surveyor coming to measure up & price the job, to the guys that came on the day to do the job. Every guy was punctual, smartly presented, friendly and very respectful of our home, the install guys hoovered up after themselves before they left and took me up to demonstrate how to use the ladder, and go over the job they’d done in my loft, to make sure I was happy. 5 star - would recommend
Fantastic service from start to finish. Had consultation appointment within days of enquiring and everything was clearly explained to me including different options. Very reasonable priced quote. Communication regarding booking installation date was great, very accommodating. On the run up to the installation the communications were again very good and on the day the work was carried out, receiving a time frame and tracker was very useful for a home working mum of two. The guys who carried out the installation were lovely and they did a fabulous job, cleaning up after themselves at the end.Job location: G3310 Loft Floor Boarding

Highly recommend if you’re looking for extra storage in your home
From start to finish, we were delighted with the service. Communication was excellent all the way through. From quote to installation - honestly can’t recommend highly enough.
