David Stanley was very efficient and ,professional and kept me informed at all times about the work to the roof, asking for permission to proceed. It wasn't easy for him, because he started the week before lockdown, supplies were short and when the situation became impossible for Mr Stanley to carry on, he said at the first opportunity he would be back. I paid Mr. Stanley for the work he had already done, but he kept his promise and he came back and finished the work at the first opportunity.

I had confidence in Dave and Lofts UK from the initial visit, listened to us and gave his engineering viewpoint on the art of the possible (we have a complex roof). Quotation came in a high quality book with everything explained in detail, with work items checked plus explained to show exactly what you would receive (no vagueness). We added considerably more to the Loft Conversion, fixing other parts of the house that had niggled us for years. Wonderful team, professional and courteous without exception. Fantastic quality of workmanship - we have our dream loft and up-to-date house! THANK YOU!

The quality of the workmanship was amazing, the finishing carpentry was to a very high standard. Unlike a lot of company’s I requested quotes from I only had to deal with Dave and from there he managed all other tradesman. He has a team of skilled trademans he regularly uses and most of them are only employed by him. Most notably was the quality of the plastering finish, negotiating a twisting staircase, everyone who visits my house comments on the quality of the finish. Dave will ensure you are happy of the work at all stages.

We would just like to say a big thank you to Dave and his team for completing a fantastic job on our loft conversion. The quality and standard of work was excellent from the beginning of the project right through to completion. All the team were professional, trustworthy, respectful and highly skilled. We were so impressed with the quality of workmanship we also had our main bathroom completely refurbished at the same time. We couldn't be more pleased with all the work carried out by Dave and his team and would highly recommend his company to anyone thinking about having a loft conversion.

I had a quotation from the loft conversion company, I was very impressed with the quote and the way it was all explained to me I have had two large bedrooms and a bathroom done on several properties, all works were explained to me as they progressed, the workmen were all polite and professional with great respect to my property and I was more than happy to leave them without my presence . I would highly recommend the loft conversion as this is now the third loft conversion they have completed for me from my student portfolio.
