Our experience with The Loft Room was excellent from start to finish. The price was very competitive and the build team that came onsite were polite, tidy, respectful of our home and very hard working. From the scaffolders through to the decorator, the engagement of The Loft Room team at every stage of the build was great. They brought lots of ideas and experience to the table, several of which we incorporated into the build that really added the wow factor to the finished space. All work was completed to a high standard. We’ve been very impressed and would highly recommend to anyone.

Amazing craftsmanship, communication and professionalism. From start to finish Rich and Paul were available night or day to answer any questions. We had total faith in the loft room which we found really important. Every process was a breeze with help from Melissa in the office. The job started on time and we couldn't believe our eyes when Marias and his team finished within 6 weeks. We absolutely love our loft room and couldn't be happier that we chose the loft room to do the work for us.

We are very happy and are extremely impressed with the loft conversion which the loft room has carried out on our two up two down, terraced house in New Malden, Surrey. We felt a certain fear and trepidation before embarking on building works but the company allayed these fears and then delivered big time. From our initial contact with Paul and Richard, the business owners, the process was explained clearly to us. Maggie in the office was always on hand to answer any queries and chase up the necessary official paperwork. Our two main workers, Vio and Alex, were highly competent.

Fantastic job - carried out on time and to budget. Work team extremely competent and professional - a pleasure to work with. Communication and documentation was exemplary. The company gets the highest recommendation from us.

Paul owns the company and has several team's under his supervision. Dragosh managed the build and had several people work with him. Everyone I met was professional courteous and as considerate to the neighbours as possible with regards to deliveries and noise etc. The work was carried out a year ago and we couldn't be happier with the way the loft turned out. This was the 3rd build the company did in our street, and they are about to start a 4th (next door to us).
