They demolished an existing old rear extension and built a large new one. This was a substantial project however our family lived in the property throughout. The team finished their part of the job ahead of schedule, and made the overall experience of living on a building site less stressful and unpleasant than we’d feared. The guys on site were polite and very hardworking, communication throughout the project was prompt, and both the owner and foreman are easy to deal with. I am pleased with the overall result and happy to recommend this company.

Projects like this don’t usually finish on time and on budget - this one did and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again (wish they did lofts!). Very communicative, efficient and friendly. No complaints from neighbours either.

Roman understood our vision for our property. He knew what we wanted and how to deliver it, at a reasonable price. The schedule of works he put together was comprehensive and clear. The payment plan was balanced and fair. His team were courteous, hardworking and on time everyday. The team kept the site tidy and even swept the street after a delivery. There were weekly meetings with the site foreman, and meetings with Roman every two weeks. We had a smooth build, that came in on budget thanks to Roman and his team.

Incredible craftsmanship, totally reliable, a pleasure to work with.
