Sadly, Paolo is not well suited to this work. He attended an initial visit and gave me a fair overall quotation and then after 5 days, surprised me by adding 15K to the quotation. I questioned certain labour prices, compared with other quotations, he was abrupt and insisted that any other builders are not the same quality. I lost a whole week just waiting for him to get back to me and quote me, and in the end, he wouldn't even have a reasonable conversation to try and come to an agreement. Instead, he just sends an email to cancel which is extremely unprofessional and unreliable.

His send me a message and I had replied the job was in £ 38.000 but I’m still working on the quotation, In the end, the quotation hit the Value of £50.000 for a new bathroom, new kitchen, spray painting all the house, new wooden flooring, new boiler, beam to open plan kitchen, also I added for free, new wooden bathroom windows, painting all the others windows outside. He tried to put my price down so many times, it was unacceptable. You are right I just cancel because I was no comfortable to do the job for him. The term his used is not acceptable. (“You won’t do magic in my house, boss, you are not the best!") I really avoid working for any person who's cant respect me or my job. I order wooden flooring samples for him, check the kitchen in the shop and I also lost one week of my time and I’m not complain for my decision to not continue to make the deal with him.
