  Carpet, upholstery and oven clean

  Tich contacted me swiftly after putting out a job request. He called to ask for more information on the job. After agreeing to a price and date he arrived on time, was extremely courteous and respectful of being in our home. He completed the job as described to an excellent standard. I will absolutely be using him again in the future and would recommend to friends and family.

  Let me down day before then unable to contact them. Poor service. Very disappointed. Message on answerphone. Unable then to find anyone as moving out let. One rating as did leave message.

  We understand your frustration, however, we want to clarify the timeline. We contacted you at 9:00 AM the day before the scheduled appointment, not at the 'last minute.' The cancellation was due to an unexpected staff illness, which unfortunately is beyond our control. We immediately offered an alternative appointment, which you declined. While we regret the inconvenience, we believe we acted promptly and professionally in communicating the issue and offering a solution.

  Deep clean of the entire house

  Amazing job. Came in at the agreed time, very prompt. Got to work straight away. Was always approachable during the job and happy to make any adjustments. Also very good at explaining how things were going to get done. Any extra things needed done was done without any fuss. Worked pretty much non stop from 9-5. Very polite and respectful and would recommend for future jobs
