Having spent £10,000 on a garden building it wouldn't be unreasonable to expect it to be water tight. In September 2023 it became evident that the roof was leaking. According to Malvern, leakage after heavy rain was to be expected, but as the 12 month guarantee had expired (by one month) there was nothing they could do. Whilst arguing about this, the eave boards have fallen off. Again, Malvern are hiding behind the 12 month guarantee, despite the very obvious case that the construction methods are evidently inadequate and sub optimal quality. I now have to pay someone to rectify it and sue.
