10Verified ReviewI recently hired The Market Building & Design to fully refurbish my house. The project is divided in 2 phases: A loft conversion that has started in July 2024 and a full reconfiguration of the house that includes a rear extension plus an outbuilding will commence in 2026. I mandate TMBD to handle the architectural designs and the structural package. I have been very pleased with the architectural team (especially Imaan Balbolia) who were very creative and imaginative to bring designs that aligned with my vision. They were always quick to respond to

10Verified ReviewTo get straight to the point I could not recommend them enough. Hamael was there working with us to get the best out of every situation. Suggesting improvements and really working with us to make a great house. He made the experience a real pleasure (not something you hear very often from people doing building works) when issues inevitably arose, we worked together to find solutions. Hamael always took full accountability of any issues owned by TMDB and did whatever it took to fully resolve. The whole time it felt like they really cared to make a great final product. 10/10

From the outset, the team at Market Design were excellent. They had a strong grasp of what the client wanted and they were very aware of the clients needs, particularly meeting the completion date. From the kick off meeting through to the site handover to the client, the communication, Project Management and level of craftsmanship was superb. Their technical ability were strong, with a broad group of professional trades that worked seamlessly on site.
