Poor service - didn’t respond to mails, then booked in an appointment but didn’t turn up 🔝

Wanted to get a quote for a kitchen re spray. Sent 2 mails and no answers. Chased one last time and the firm apologised. They arranged to book a site visit 2 weeks ago and an email was received to confirm this and I took time off work to be home. Brogan didn’t show up at the time (8am) and called at 8:15 to say the appointment hadn’t been logged in their system.
