    Moss man Patio Regrouting

Moss Man has been looking after our roof, drive and patios for almost 4 years, keeping them moss and weed free. Our roof has looked brand new since. We have just had our patios regrouted by Moss Man and they have again completed an excellent job making our patios look just like new. They are polite, work hard and clean up after them. I have no hesitation in recommending them

    Roof cleaning by Mossman

We've had an excellent experience using Mossman to clean and maintain our large block paved drive over the past couple of years or so. So much so that we opted to have our roof and gutters cleaned/cleared.( August 2026) Three lads worked hard over a couple of days. No water was used and all debris ( mainly moss) was carefully cleared afterwards. A huge improvement can be seen which we gather should improve further after rain and annual maintenance. Would not hesitate to recommend this business.

The Moss Man, asked and came to see the gutters, worked out a quote, I asked to be in March, they came 2 guys with the equipment (only wanted a socket for power and got to it, before we knew done with their sucking thing, video of clear gutters. A big thankyou from us. (oh it rained a couple of days later, water down the down pipe at the back of the house not overflowing as before)

    Driveway Cleaning / Patio Cleaning

Tip top with no fuss (or moss)

These guys were not the cheapest, or the most expensive but I was impressed with them from start to finish, from quote to the service that was actually delivered. Unlike the service offered by others, the drive and terrace were not pressure washed but "scrubbed" by two large machines that chewed off all the surface moss. Then a chemical cleaner and de-greener was applied to get rid of the hard to reach green seated deep in the tarmac. They recommend a retreatment in 6 months to keep everything tip top.

Yes:

Established in 2016, we are a local, family run business operating throughout Lincolnshire. We pride ourselves on being a reliable, professional, and most importantly, quality service.

We specialise in the cleaning of roofs and driveways using methods fine-tuned through years of practice. We have also added gutter cleaning to our list of services.

Our Services:

Driveway Cleaning & Maintenance We use specialised machines to remove the moss and weeds. We then treat the area with chemicals to clean the blocks. Depending on the type of block/paving we are cleaning we will use the most appropriate chemical. We do not stop here; we return every 3 months to keep the driveway/patio area maintained for only a fraction of the price. This keeps the driveway clear all year round! We never pressure wash.

Roof Cleaning, we offer a moss removal and then biocide treatment service. We have cleaned roofs using a host of different chemicals in the past thus finding the ones that give the best results. We offer a retreatment programme to ensure that the roof never has any moss or lichen growth again.

Gutter Cleaning & uPVC Clean Using the latest gutter vac technology we clear out the gutters from the floor. We also offer an option to have the uPVC plastics around the house cleaned. We can add you to our annual/bi-annual programme to clean the gutters so you don’t have to worry about them being blocked ever again. We also do emergency callouts after a storm or some particularly bad weather.
