This was a conversion of a spare bedroom to a full bathroom suite with free-standing bath, sink and WC. This required replacement of the window (which Simon arranged) and fitting of extractor and radiator. We also wished for floor and walls to be tiled. Simon advised on the design and completed the work within stated timescale and budget. Another excellent project completed by the TNB.

Our courtyard was a mess. The surveyor which inspected the property prior to purchase said that the drains were "unusual" but functional. TNB advised on what we could do with the courtyard and replaced the drain system, taking into consideration additional pipework from a newly fitted bathroom (which he had also completed). Tiling/slabs were laid along with trellis, wall repairs and replacement gate along with painting of walls. All round excellent job which we are delighted with.

Simon removed a window and bricked it up ready for rendering which he will be returning to do. Very thorough neat tidy job.

The Norfolk builder has done some carpentry work on my staircase and created an archway from oak beautiful job am thrilled. Lots if attention to detail even carving a decorative feature in to part if the staircase. Immaculate work!

Had the Norfolk builder back to do my spare room bedroom floor only a small room but again attention detail and work to a very high standard very pleased.

I wanted LVT flouring in my bedroom after the carpet was taken away Simon had to repair the floorboards underneath before commencing flooring. All aspects were carried out to a high standard not easy as an old cottage and nothing is square! Made a lovely job and very pleased with my new floor.
