  Can't fault the service and quality of materials :)

  We have had the pleasure of Matt and Jess helping us arrange replacement of sashes and a new window and door in our Grade 2 listed building. Jess's communication regarding our works has been precise and timely and couldn't be more helpful regarding what we needed and what was most appropriate for our requirements. When Matt came to do the installation, he was polite and efficient. He worked very tidily and cleared up all the packaging and old windows. We are absolutely delighted with our new windows and door and would highly recommend The Norfolk Sash Window Company to anyone looking for sash

  Overhauling two large window sashes

  Very pleased overall. Matt arrived within the time window quoted and worked in a clean and careful way, taking care to protect the surrounding room. Plus he was engaging company. And the main thing is that the end result was great! Only thing is that (as specified in his quote) I've now got to get on with the final decoration!

  Double glazing and draught proofing original sash windows.

  Matt did an excellent job on our sash windows- new glass, wonderfully draught proof and now run smoothly! Very friendly and professional- shoes off and dust sheet down! He used high quality materials and fittings. I would highly recommend him. He investigated a variety of glazing options and and was happy to discuss best approach for our aged windows.   Replace and restore sash windows and casements

  The Norfolk Sash Window Company replaced and restored sashes and casements on our Georgian house, which is in a conservation area. They were excellent from start to finish, taking time to take accurate measurements and providing a detailed and competitive quote. They were happy to work in phases which suited us and they worked with the neighbouring school to arrange access. They were very tidy during the fitting and we're very pleased with the windows which have significantly improved the insulation of our home.

  The replacement sashes for Victorian house

  I can highly recommend Matt and his team. The replacement sashes are of high quality and expertly fitted (14 windows on a late Victorian house). Communication from start to finish was clear and polite. Work was completed on time with the tidiest and cleanest workspace I have seen

  Cannot recommend Matt at the Norfolk Sash Window Company enough, Everything from customer service at the start to leaving everywhere spotless to finish and all thw work.in between was fabulous. The 2 new accoya sash windows that replaced my upvc windows has made such a massive difference and we couldn't be happier with the service provided and results achieved. He repaired our original boxes, fitted new windows and reinstated the original sashes we found underneath the floorboards. It looks incredible! We highly recommend this company.
