Roof repairs, dry verge fitting
We reached out to a number of companies as we had concrete cracking issues with our roof as well as birds nesting and digging holes through the cracked concrete. We waited a couple of months for the birds to leave the nest and then Ben and his team cleared both our house and garage roof and installed a dry verge. The work was done very professionally, on time and as per the quoted cost. The area was left clean and tidy and the house looks even better now, not to mention it’s a problem I won’t have to worry again about! Would definitely recommend Theoc Roofing and use them again in the future.Verified reviewerJob location: GL2RJohn M10 Pitched Roofing Repair

Prompt work done well.
From the initial assessment to getting the work done was about four weeks. Ben kept us up to date with any issues which eased the process nicely. The job would have come in on budget, but there was an additional repair required when damage to our gulley was noticed to worse than initially thought. Ben was able to price this quickly and the work was all done at the same time.Verified reviewerJob location: GL210 Chimneys Repair
