Double glazing window
We contacted the Oxford Door Company with only a few weeks time to do the job, as we were having a new bathroom fitted and the window had to be replaced beforehand. The experience was great from the beginning: we got a quote on the same day we contacted, Rhys came to take measurements immediately, and they could make it before any of the other companies. They made sure the job was delivered on time and gave us a date well in advance so we could plan around it. We are very pleased with the quality of the job delivered. The crew were friendly, pleasant and efficient. I would definitely recommend
Replaced windows, external doors, fitted French doors, Soffits, Facias and Cladding
Rhys took on a lot of work to transform the exterior of my house. He has transformed it from looking shabby and out of date to looking modern and standout at a really competitive price. He and his colleague were professional and hard working and they completed the job to an incredibly high standard. Excellent workmanship, great attitude, friendly and always turned up on time and ready for the day, no mess left either. We are over the moon with everything. Would recommend to friends and Family 10 out of 10.
Replace front door
It was so good to find a tradesman that turns up on time, answers his phone calls and messages, and finishes the job. Excellent job, clean and tidy. Definitely recommend Rhys.
Replacement windows
Work was carried out to a high standard - finished neatly and good quality fittings. Rhys was friendly and professional although there was some delay to scheduling the work.
Replacing 13 wooden sash windows with upvc units
Rhys was recommended to us personally. Having discussed the work with several companies Rhys stood out to us as being a wonderfully straight forward person to do the project. He and he crew were always punctual and respectful of our house. They were extremely tidy - always leaving the space spotless when departing each day. They job was completed in the time frame they promised and we felt we were adequately informed about the necessary delay due to supply issues. I can recommend the company in all categories unreservedly.
New front door and back door
I was impressed with Rhys from beginning to end and would highly recommend his services. He was responsive and helpful, came out quickly to measure and order (and could get a new front door quicker than anyone else I contacted!), then fitted each door as soon as it arrived. When in my house he was cheery company but also worked hard, carefully and considerately. Everything was completed to a high finish, and he left offering to make any adjustments I needed. He was a genuine, conscientious professional - a rare find!
