    Rear and Side Extension Party Wall Award

    We are doing a rear and side extension and needed assistance with a neighbour. Dealing with Lee from the outset was a pleasure, these guys are super organized, prompt and efficient. Lee explained everything in detail, always took my calls and was incredibly patient and helpful in getting everything to a position where now we can actually start our build and have piece of mind. I highly recommend TPWC and would absolutely use them again without hesitation. regards Grant

    Party Wall Agreement with neighbours/council

    We needed to serve a party wall notice to Waverley Council. Before contacting Lee I had found the correct contact from Waverley Council and passed this onto Lee and the team. The Party Wall notice and subsequent work was all completed within 1 week of the notice being sent. The whole team was very prompt and quick to get the job done. Thank you
