Brilliant service from the initial phone call to the visit and work carried out

Called out deal with a wasp nest and arrived within 2 hours. Dealt with the problem professionally and the wasps have all gone.

Very polite and helpful staff both on the phone and those who visited our home. Very happy to recommend.

I was told the pest controller would arrive between8 and 12 but by half past 11 he hadn't arrived. I did get a phone call to say he was running late and would be with me by 2, but he didn't come until nearly 2. 30. He didn't apologize, but he was efficient and informative.

I contacted Checkatrade on a Sunday, and was messaged back on Monday morning. Another message and a call, and Kevin arrived by lunchtime the same day. He was polite, professional and a really nice guy, suited up and dealt with the nest within half an hour. The cost was as expected and quite reasonable A lovely guy and an excellent service

I cannot fault the service what-so-ever. From the first phone call with Kelly to the work being done was both professional and seamless. I would highly recommend.
