Repair and replacement of 2 parts to a double oven Smeg appliance

Sam the engineer diagnosed the problems on his 1st visit on 7.12.22. The replacement parts were ordered and installed by him on 16.12.22. He was a wonderfully competent and reliable technician, a pleasure to have in my home and I had total faith in his work. Thanks to him, our Christmas turkey was cooked to perfection! Thank you!

Disconnecting radiators from defunct central control system and installing individual timer switches

Roy Abbott understood the issues (an old central control system which has become unreliable and erratic) - he considered my needs, and suggested sensible solutions. He took the trouble to consult me at every step and offer options - I am very pleased with the result.
