Premium prices for shoddy work and zero accountability
I hired Pimlico for a loft blockage. After a 19-hour combined labor ordeal costing thousands, the system failed on its first use. They left me with a foul drainage smell that did not exist prior. In 11 hours, they missed internal pipe scaling, implemented v dodgy pipework, repaired the loft damage badly and then quoted £2,400+ to replace a macerator which is a 2-3 hour job. Pimlico hides behind their own engineers reports to avoid accountability for failed diagnostics. They offered a measly 50% refund on one visit while ignoring the property damage and months of drama. Unblock drain to kitchen sink
VERY poor job. My drain was completely blocked. Their plumber used his wet / dry vacuum to unblock it, which partially worked. He then told me to put cheap washing up liquid down which would unblock the rest but 2 days later it was completely blocked again. I called again and Pimlico said I would have to pay for another visit as they don't guarantee their work. So I took the drain apart myself, found the blockage and rodded it away - now works perfectly.
