  • Drain Survey and inspection

    Rob showed up on the same day as I called him. He was recommended by another contractor. He asked what the problem was and then did a CCTV scan of all the drains and pointed out the details on the screen to me as it went on. Having found no defects that might allow rats in/out he then did a inspection of alll aspects of our property (including finding my wife's wedding band!). He then replaced the rat flap that I had removed some time back and advised me on what to do moving forward. He only invoiced for the price of the CCTV.

    We had a huge drain fly issue, approx. 200 flies a day & were unable to find the source. Rob came round with his cameras and identified the source and fixed the issue. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything. The work was carried out quicky & efficiently. Finally rid of those pesky drain flys! I would highly recommend The Pitstop company & will definitely be first port of call for any future problems we have with our drains. Thankyou Rob and team for your excellent work!

  • Leaking interior drain pipe

    Rob was very knowledgeable and friendly. He came out quickly to look at a leaking interior drain pipe in our ground floor flat with the heavy rain we have had. It seems like a blockage and he came equipped with cameras and hoses. The drain was cleaned and jet washed. Would highly recommend to all our friends and family.
