Called in help for a shower leak and to verify that we had no other significant leaks after much higher than expected Thames Water Bill. Booking process was online and very clear. When Ben arrived he explained the process clearly. The first half hour was taken to fully assess the situation and take photos of the areas in question followed by a further three hours of shower leak location and resolution which also included a test of the road to house service and meter to confirm no major leak. Clear and concise service at all stages which included a call back to check shower leak was clear.

Ben arrived well within the 2 hour specification. To install a new dishwasher. I had confidence in him from the word go. He wasn’t happy with the t connection for water supply, so popped out to get a new one. Connected everything up. He was pleasant, knowledgable and thorough. He even stayed to test the machine on filling and emptying to check for any leaks. Great chap…. Would recommend him highly. Also I was impressed with how quick Jack got in touch in the first instance and did a follow up to check everything was ok. Thank you very much!

What an amazing, professional service, a leaking pipe under my bathroom sink was fixed by Elliot - very friendly and very polite, explained in detail from start to finish what was required. The visit time was between 8-10am. Elliott arrived at 8am (I received a friendly text 30 minutes prior, to make me aware he was on his way). From posting this job on this site, to having the leak fixed - all done in less than 24 hours, no hassle at all. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Mr Plumber again and will certainly recommend to family and friends. Thanks again Mr Plumber - good price too
