We were extremely satisfied with Ben’s work today. He offered two solutions to our problem (a leaking outside tap) and once we had chosen our preferred option he wasted no time in getting on with the job. He carried out the work extremely efficiently and in good time. After he had finished the job he left the work area clean and tidy. We would happily use his services again or recommend him to others. Very professional.

This is the 4th time I've used the Plumber, each time Elliot has attended. Always punctual, very personable. Rates are totally transparent, jobs explained clearly. Scrupulous in maintaining a clean working environment. I highly recommend them. FK

I contacted 'The Plumber' because our toilet cistern wasn't filling and The Plumber arranged an appointment. Ben arrived, correctly diagnosed the problem and gave us the option of a small fix or a better solution that would prevent a re-occurrence. While he was here, we asked about other plumbing issues we had, and arranged for him to carry out that work as well. We found Ben to be very professional and knowledgeable with lots of experience. We were very happy with all the work he carried out and would highly recommend The Plumber to anyone.

From my first enquiry, everything was straightforward. Bookings was easy - confirmed quickly and followed up with a text 30 mi d before arrival. Very impressed with Elliot, clear and concise ‘diagnosis’ of the problem - work carried out to a very high standard, problem sorted. I would definitely recommend this company - and will willingly use them again
