  Ricky was really prompt in replacing my elderly mum's broken boiler. He is a thoroughly trustworthy plumber and heating engineer.

  Our radiators were not getting hot downstairs and we needed the boiler servicing

  We found that our heating wasn't working properly and the radiators downstairs were not heating up. And we also needed the boiler to be serviced. I put the job on here and Ricky contacted me straight away and was available to see me the next day to see what the problem was etc. He found that the pump upstairs needed replacing, and was able to do it in a couple of days time and explained everything to us. He fixed it and serviced the boiler, and then said how to run everything more efficiently. The difference is unbelievable and the heating is so much hotter. Ricky was brilliant and so helpful

  Ricky firstly installed a Tado smart heating system for us, and then we asked him to quote to service our boiler, fit a whole house pump and some other bits, which have all been completed.   Another professional job done. I have used this plumber a couple of times over the last few years, he’s always friendly and explains everything. He’s very tidy, does a fantastic job and charges a fare price. Would highly recommend.

  Ricky recently installed a brand new heating system in our home. He arrived exactly when he said he would, and all his work was neat and tidy. He left everything spotless at the end of each day — it was like no one had even been in our home! The place is lovely and warm now, and the system is running perfectly.
