New combo boiler install
We had recently been let down by another trades person. We had no hot water and a 2 year old at home. Ricky got in touch and couldn’t have done more to help. He was brilliant. There was no drama, he came in and got the job done. Talked me through everything when it was installed. Our radiators were not getting hot downstairs and we needed the boiler servicing
We found that our heating wasn't working properly and the radiators downstairs were not heating up. And we also needed the boiler to be serviced. I put the job on here and Ricky contacted me straight away and was available to see me the next day to see what the problem was etc. He found that the pump upstairs needed replacing, and was able to do it in a couple of days time and explained everything to us. He fixed it and serviced the boiler, and then said how to run everything more efficiently. The difference is unbelievable and the heating is so much hotter. Ricky firstly installed a Tado smart heating system for us, and then we asked him to quote to service our boiler, fit a whole house pump and some other bits, which have all been completed.
