Martin was a very punctual, polite and extremely professional, he put my mind at ease from the start, explaining thoroughly what the issue was, and ran through the process of what was needed. Collected the parts the same day and returned to rectify the problem. I was so pleased how Martin conducted himself, I have a few more issues that I have discussed with Martin, and will be getting Him back to complete the additional works.
