    Tony has done stellar work for us a couple years ago, on our conservatory roofing. When our main window in our conservatory started leaking (due to age), I called Tony and he came out the next morning. Identifying the cause of the leak was difficult, because it was not clear where the water was coming in. Nonetheless, Tony persisted until he found the cause of the leak and fixed it. We're really grateful to Tony as the leak was stressing us out but he didn't leave us waiting, despite being busy. First class professional service, as usual.

Despite a couple of calls with another 2 companies Tony was the only person to turn up and go through the various options and provide pricing. Despite being the only quote I was immediately happy with the process and Tony's obvious experience. The job was completed promptly at agreed date only a few weeks after quotation. All work was professional,clean and tidy and I am completely satisfied with my replacement windows

I have taken a different approach to glazing after working for many different companies for the last 20 years and seeing how they treated their customers. 

 

Inviting somebody into your house can be daunting. I wanted to create an environment where the customer feels at ease with me being in their home without any outdated pressure sales techniques

 

 

I am a certified surveyor and installer meaning that the work will be carried out by myself and not subcontracted to an installer you have never met. This gives you confidence regarding the workmanship and also that there will be no hidden costs added along the way.

 

 

 

My advertising source is customer recommendations. I take pride in my work and get a sense of achievement out of the positive responses from my customers. I will not leave a job until the customer is completely happy with the outcome and feels happy with the way that I respected them and their property. 

 

 

 

I start a job and finish the project before I move onto the next one. I have no expensive overheads meaning each job is started and finished promptly.

 

 

I am trusted by Certass and recommended by Checkatrade within the window industry. 

 

 

I use local suppliers and manufacturers and take a great deal of pride in my work

 

 

Any specification or design can be fulfilled to meet the customers’ needs, whether this is a composite door or a bi-fold door or replacement glass.
