All windows replaced to the front and side of the house

Window and shutter installation...
We used The Portland Window Company to fit windows and shutters and to carry out some repairs. The standard of work was excellent. Tony and Jeff were hard working and courteous throughout the installation and my property was left clean and tidy at the end of each day. Replacement double glazed roof unit
We’ve used Tony several times before he is very reliable and always does a great job. This particular job was to replace a large shattered roof unit to our conservatory, it was tricky as access to the roof unit was difficult. Tony completed the work without any issues. Amazing service!
The Portland window company have been amazing from start to finish! They made the process easy and clear every step of the way. From first measurement, to deposit and ordering, to having our shutter box blinds fitted today! Tony and his colleague arrived ontime, were really friendly and polite and got on with the installation straight away! We absolutely love how the window looks now and will 100% be contacting these guys again for when we need our other two front windows doing! A***** we couldn’t be happier! I have taken a different approach to glazing after working for many different companies for the last 20 years and seeing how they treated their customers. Inviting somebody into your house can be daunting. I wanted to create an environment where the customer feels at ease with me being in their home without any outdated pressure sales techniques I am a certified surveyor and installer meaning that the work will be carried out by myself and not subcontracted to an installer you have never met. This gives you confidence regarding the workmanship and also that there will be no hidden costs added along the way. My advertising source is customer recommendations. I take pride in my work and get a sense of achievement out of the positive responses from my customers. I will not leave a job until the customer is completely happy with the outcome and feels happy with the way that I respected them and their property. I start a job and finish the project before I move onto the next one. I have no expensive overheads meaning each job is started and finished promptly. I am trusted by Certass and recommended by Checkatrade within the window industry. I use local suppliers and manufacturers and take a great deal of pride in my work Any specification or design can be fulfilled to meet the customers’ needs, whether this is a composite door or a bi-fold door or replacement glass.
