Marcus was polite, flexible and efficient. He was able to book the work in immediately and arrived promptly straight after the Easter weekend. As well as the rug I'd booked in, he cleaned two more smaller rugs, one of which 100% came back to life when I thought it was beyond saving. He had goosebumps knowledge of fibres and how to treat our wool rug. I would not hesitate to recommend Marcus.

From the initial quote to the completion of the job, Marcus was very professional in all aspects. He is a very polite and knowledgeable person who knows his business. He cleaned our leather 3 piece suite and 2 wool carpets. The end result was very good and i would highly recommend him.
