This company should not be trusted with your money. They caused £20,000 worth of damage to our property and employed professionals claiming to be gas safe. Our property was irreparably damaged.

Cannot fault The Ratio Design and Build company run by both Manny and Sherif. Start to finish the company and their team displayed immaculate focus to detail, providing professional advice and working with us to ensure we delivered a value for money project given the current affordability challenges. The scoped works included: loft conversion, additional bedroom and bathroom including plumbing, carpentry, electrics and cosmetic works through the rest of the property, removal of a wall for open plan kitchen space, new kitchen and porch construction.

Honestly, after struggling to find the right team to renovate my home to exactly how I wanted to I came across the ratio design via Instagram and reached out for a quote, a really helpful individual contacted me and we got things rolling, they did everything to perfection, from the kitchen to the bathrooms, my home looks incredible and has exceeded my expectations. Would give them 10/10 and recommend them to anyone who needs work done. Thank you to the whole team for their help ??

We are really happy with our loft conversion. We were living-in during most of the build with two small children and Sherif (owner) and his team did their best to make the experience as enjoyable as possible. Sherif and I developed a great relationship, he is honest, considerate and works hard to deliver the results you want. As always with a build some things didn’t go perfectly to plan but I could rely on Sherif to ensure they were rectified quickly. I asked Manny for a revised quote and he said he can start at the beginning of April. It's the 9th of May and I don't even have the revised quote. I also appointed the building regulations company he suggested. On the other hand a couple of weeks ago I had a company that was ready with the quote within 5 working days (as promised), all agreed within a week and they just started working today. With the benefit of hindsight, if you have to keep chasing a builder at the quote stage, draw your conclusions.

We met with Manny and discussed our project which involved a full downstairs renovation, including bathrooms, utility and kitchen. Manny was very thorough in going through every aspect of the renovation and provided us with a quote for all the works in good time. He helped us source all the sanitary ware for the bathrooms. He also put us in touch with the correct people for our kitchen. His team were very professional. Not only was the work completed to a high standard but The Ratio Design and Build were competitively priced! Would highly recommend!
